Sweater Weather Workshop: Yarn Dyeing

What to Expect

For this workshop, each participant will take home 1 skein of sock yarn and learn the process of hand dyeing yarn! Participants will be dyeing community style where each pan has 4-5 skeins, each person contributes to that pan's colorway by adding a layer of dye, and creating a colorway together! All materials will be provided. Jamie is the dyer behind M1 Yarns, a hand dyed yarn business based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. After over 15 years experience knitting, crocheting, and helping customers in local yarn shops, Jamie launched her own yarn company in 2019.
